We are proud to announce the appointment of James B. Cockrill as the
European Director of toXcel International Ltd., effective January 2010. Jim is
internationally recognised for his distinguished career as a scientist and
business manager. For the past 20 years he has held senior positions in
business development, strategic planning, sales and marketing and regulatory
consultancy. Prior to accepting the Directorship post with toXcel, Jim served
as the CEO of Progenix Research where he guided the establishment and
commercialization of a start up, full capability, CRO based in Malaysia and the
UK.

The toXcel European Offices are headquartered in Herefordshire UK and
provide comprehensive Toxicology and Regulatory Affairs services to the
pharmaceutical, biotechnology, chemical, agrochemical and related industries
on a global basis. toXcel International tracks all emerging EU legislation and
advises domestic and international clients on the strategic planning
implications. toXcel International also liaises with all the competent
regulatory authorities and rapporteur agencies within the EU for each of the
relevant industrial sectors.
