toXcel is an international regulatory affairs and scientific consultancy group with
offices near Washington, DC and in Cheltenham, England. We provide expert
technical support to the pharmaceutical, agrochemical, biocide and specialty
chemical industries.

With regard to obtaining required regulatory approvals of products from the U.S.
Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and Office of Pesticide Programs (OPP),
toXcel's senior staff have decades of regulatory and technical experience with
two former EPA senior scientists as well as a former director of regulatory affairs
for one of the largest US chemical companies. Two of our toxicologists are
Diplomates of the American Board of Toxicology and the head of our European
scientific operations is also an EU-Registered Toxicologist.

toXcel offers extensive experience in the development of regional and global
regulatory strategies for meeting commercial goals and supports implementation of
plans through its staff's recognized scientific expertise in toxicology, chemistry,
microbiology, ecotoxicology and environmental fate.

Routinely retained by companies as their technical and regulatory representative,
toXcel acts as an advocate and facilitator in communications, meetings and
negotiations with regulatory authorities. Our senior toxicologists are highly
experienced in all major areas of non-clinical testing for new drug development
and chemical registration.

(CPDA) and Food and Drug Law Institute (FDLI).
